1. What currency are the prices in?
All our prices listed are in US dollars. If you are using credit card payment method, our payment gateway will calculate and convert the prices for you in your respective currency.
2. What payment methods are available?
We accept Paypal, Moneybookers, and Money order (Please use International Money Order. E.g. Western Unions). USA & Canada Customers are welcome to use Paypal. International buyers please use Moneybookers, and Money order.
Please note: All orders will ship to the billing address on your Paypal confirmed address. HAWAII, ALASKA, AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE FREE SHIPPING DISCOUNT.
3. Is my transaction information secure?
Our shopping cart software makes protecting payment information, such as credit card numbers, a top priority. Each transaction will go through our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security system.
4. Do you charge taxes?
Purchases in Canada, all provinces are subject to 12% HST. Purchases outside of Canada are not subject to sales tax, but may be subject to local duties (also known as brokerage fees or import duties of your country).
5. Are there import duties and taxes in my country?
The import duties and taxes to USA is very minimal compare to other oversea countries. In most case, it is free. The duties depend on where you would like us to ship, and the value of the order. Please understand that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your local customs office for further information or drop us a email when you have any questions.
Shipping Service
1. How long does it take for an item to reach me after purchase?
We ship within 48 hours after payment is received and confirmed. The expected delivery date for USA and Canada Customers is 7 to 14 business days. During public or seasonal holidays or weekends (e.g.: Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc), mail service is expected to be slower, and it is perfectly normal. Please do not panic if your delivery date falls outside of 14 business days. For international countries, the delivery is approximately 10-14 business days.
2. How can I guarantee that I will definitely receive the item? What protection policies do I get?
In the event that our customers do not receive their order, we will track the order with the post office and issue a reshipment if item is lost or if there is a shipping mishap.
3. Do you ship international?
We also ship overseas. Please email us after placing an order/checkout. We would use the information you provided to calculate the shipping cost, and expected delivery date. We may or may not be able to ship orders to APO/FPO address due to Military Post Offices restrictions.
4. What happens if I refuse a shipment?
If you decide to refuse any shipments from eracingpro.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to eracingpro.com. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Return Policy

2) Shipping & handling fees are NOT refundable. The full purchase price will be refunded less shipping and handling fees for the order.
3) All returned items must be in original packing.
4) Items that are used/ damaged/ deformed or altered in any ways will not be accepted.
5) It is the duty of the Buyer to pre-pay the shipping and costs including insurance for the return of the system and/or parts.
International countries: We may or may not accept returns outside USA and Canada, but feel free to ask as we will look at each case seperately. In most case, overweighted items cost a lot to return to our depot, and so we are not responsible for the return shipping fees.
1. How do I exchange or return the product I bought online?
Exchanging or returning product is very simple. Customers don't need to fill out forms. Just send us a email with the invoice number or your Paypal transaction ID.
2. If I return a product, how long do I have to wait for a refund?
When you return a product, you will receive a refund within 2-5 business days of us receiving and verifying the item.

3. Will I receive a full refund?
Customers will recieve the purchase price less shipping and handling fees for the order. Even though most of our items have FREE SHIPPING service, we are actually paying the shipping costs for our customers. Therefore, we will charge the shipping and handling fees shall you return the order.
